Time for a list...
1. I got to eat some sushi with Rosy this weekend.
2. I got to play all the free games I wanted at Main Event and talk about interesting stuff with Rosy, Brandon and Joey.
3. Went to the Rockets game last week with the "Hotdog Hounder" and friends to watch the Rockets kick the Jazz's Mormon asses...haha just kid. I did get to see Mehmet Okur eventhough he's a jackass. And we got to see this drunk chick get called out by this guy in front of her because she had the bright idea to bop him on the head with her clappers balloons thingys. haha
4. I'm totally enjoying work and having tons of fun.
5. I kicked the Math's ass on the THEA test...bahaahahahahahaha. Almost got a perfect score!
6. Got a brand new camera...muy excited!
7. PAY DAY is FRIDAY!!!!
8. Got to see Mal today.

Third day off...
So it's MLK Day and I didn't have work but it seems like when I have the time to sleep in, I can't! It happened on Saturday and now today. I woke up way earlier than I should have.
Friday, of course I had to work but it wasn't too bad. Just organizing and making little games for the kiddos. Saturday, I attempted to sleep in but I woke up around 830. Ate some pancakes, watched some movies, really wanted to buy a new camera but didn't feel like dealing with the Saturday shopping madness that usually happens on I45. My dad took my old camera for work and wants to keep it now so I get a new one. I wasn't planning on getting one but like on Saturday night for instance, Mal and I went to see Spring Awakening, a camera would have came in handy. Not like I could take pics of the show but beforehand and afterwards, you know? Yeah, you know. Speaking of the musical, it was A-MAZ-ING! Wait, amazing doesn't even cover it. Ahhhh sooooo good. Duncan Sheik, the guy from a few years back who sang "Barely Breathing" wrote the music to this musical. Absolutely spectacular! The setting was late 1800s with teenages with sexual angst but has the modern music vibe. It very risque...I saw some ass on stage during a love scene but it's done so well and the music just makes you want to tap your feet. One song was called "The Bitch of Living" which the boys performed and another was "Totally Fucked" haha. It was funny, exciting, sometimes depressing in a couple scenes but overall, wonderful! No wonder it won so many Tony awards. After the show, Mal and I met up with Rosy at Friday's to eat. Afterwards, I laid in bed so sleepy but kept tossing and turning. I didn't go to church on Sunday because I was so exhausted from the night before. I hate when I don't go. My mom didn't go either because her and my dad wanted to go gambling. They asked if I wanted to go, but I'm semi-broke right now and poker is usually the other thing I will play or blackjack. My dad said he would give me the money to play poker, usually you need atleast 200 to play the cash game, but I haven't felt like gambling since coming back from Arizona. They left, and I just stayed at home just bumming and somewhat cleaning. Mal and I went to see Cila at her sister's house because she came into town again for a short visit. We chatted, ate some Taco Bell, watched some How I Met Your Mother. Good times. I couldn't sleep in today again...slept till nine. I had to let Lily back outside and put Toby outside too so he could do his business. He kept going from my bed to the couch and back and forth the whole night. Annoying little pup. I think I'm supposed to go to my dad's accountant today to drop off some stuff. I'm not sure if it was today or tomorrow. Hmmmm I should inquire about such questions.

Complaining...
I got a jury duty letter in the mail today! DAMN! :-( But thank goodness it's in Clear Lake, so not too shabby. But DAMN! I almost always somehow get picked. I have to work tomorrow too but the kiddos have off so it shouldn't be too bad. I miss Cila too! She left two days ago...
What I am not complaining about... no work Monday and I got paid today! And Saturday I'm going to see this musical, Spring Awakening at the Hobby Center with Mal. It's supposed to be really awesome...can't wait!
Welp, I'm off to lay in bed and watch some tv because I'm so productive ;-)

Transition
It's funny that transition from ugly to beautiful and vice versa. You know, when you meet a cute guy and their personality just stinks so they aren't that cute anymore, considering "the cute face" Or the one person you never gave two thoughts about has suddenly captivated your mind and is one of the most beautiful people in your eyes. I have no idea why I'm thinking about this...it is so random. Just makes me wonder how the transition occurs...especially in relationships. You become more "beautiful" as it grows and then "unbeautiful" as it descends and then break up occurs?? Is that the cycle? How does one become "unbeautiful"? Did the other person's needs and wants in someone changed, or does the actual person change or both? Damn I'm rambling...and damn I'm hungry.

My right foot is all busted up :-( and it freakin' hurts! I walked straight into a piece of wood because I was looking at the mail. IDIOTA! <- Spanish for idiot if you couldn't tell already...idiot
I really wanted to go shopping today too.
Story for today...Roula and Ryan's Roses this morning, talk about damn. Girl found out her bf was cheated on her with HIS COUSIN! Yes you read right...HIS COUSIN! (he said she is a cousin by marriage but damn that is still nasty! It was his aunt's daughter, isn't that a blood relative!?!) I was in the middle of getting ready and when I heard that, I had to stop, gasp and say OMG about ten times. Dirty people.
I'm off Tuesday but only because I have that test...and we have early dismissal Thursday and teacher's prep day Friday but I still work and I think I stay late on Thursday too. Shouldn't be too bad.
Almost fell asleep in Science today...Bill Nye was on too and I was dozing off. The kiddo liked it though. I should take a nap.

Hump Day!
I can't believe it's already Wednesday! This week is flying by for me and I'm super glad. I think its going by fast because work is super busy. I now go to Science and Social Studies with this little boy to "interpret" for him. He can pretty much understand me but my signing is pretty bad but I keep the book handy. But experiencing Science and Social Studies three hours a day now is painful yet interesting ;-) I'm relearning alot...haha. I pretty much stay with this kid the whole day though, and he has a temper but he's getting better. I guess it's all about patience.
I have to take that damn THEA test next week and I'm not looking forward to it...except the day I get to take off of work. Which reminds me, I need to take off of work that day. That might be a good idea.
So question has arose because of the last How I Met Your Mother episode...Can someone honestly sleep with tons of other people yet be so "in love" with someone? Wait, I know it's possible, but seriously, I don't understand the logic behind it all. I mean it did happen in the Notebook too...Noah sleeping with that neighbor lady and still in love with Allie. And Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I mean I know there is meaningless sex but geez, get a grip! Anywho, so random but whatev.
Wow I'm craving sushi...and perhaps a pretzel with some nacho cheese. Oh yes!

You gotta keep 'em separated...
First, let me say, what a great Fiesta Bowl! UT pulled it out for the amazing win! Very niiiiice!
Second, I'm glad to be back at work. Sounds strange but I love the rountine and I need to make money. Christmas demolished me, and now I don't get paid till the 15th.
Third, I had sushi tonight with the girlies and Gabe which I hadn't had in like a month and it never fails to disappoint me. Sooooo delish! I had a super fun time with the girlies and watching How I Met Your Mother. I totally watched the complete first season yesterday after church. HAHA so hilarious! It's a must see! "SUIT UP!" :-)
Fourth, Shiny Toy Guns and Jon McLaughlin. Love the Shiny Toy Guns song that I heard on 94.5 and this Jon McLaughlin singer guy is hottttttt and I like his "Beating My Heart" song. Both are very catchy...and I love them!
Oh I like my list...I shall continue at a non-sleepy time.

Believe in love, the verb, not the noun...
Thank God it is 2009.
Yesterday was quite productive. Got a haircut, shopped, ate Monterey House, worked with my pops for a couple hours, got my nails did compliments of Rosy's boyfriend (he got her, Mal and I, gift certificates to get a manicure and pedicure for her birthday because he didn't want her to go alone. Wow...now he's a thinker! and he's awesome) then I got all eighties out and went to a New Year's Eve party. Since I don't drink and everyone else seems to, and they couldn't play Kenny Loggin's Footloose all night long, I decided to leave with Rosy to get her eighties out and go up to Main Event since her man was working. People totally loved us, but who wouldn't? (Gotta work on the modesty, damnit!) So I spent New Year's there. I'm just happy holidays are over with. This year stunk up the toilet. This year better be better. We didn't get back till 3 in the morning...and boy did I sleep forever FOR-EV-ER! Total bum today except for going to see Cila in Humble with Mal.
I'm watching Across the Universe for the very first time, and it's pretty good. I have no idea why I haven't seen it before. The 21 guy is in it...I wonder if he really is British. Guess I need to IMDB it haha. His hair is this hideous mullet but I guess it will do :-)
Love is not all you need by the way. Silly people.
Go listen to some old school Better than Ezra...I heard some today and it totally brought me back...that is all. Thank you, come again!
